vanessa molina santamaria
Vanessa is the founder of Bits & Pieces Media. She’s launched and managed print and digital products for various industries, including travel + tourism, hospitality, luxury lifestyle and healthcare. Her projects have garnered more than 220 prestigious awards for editorial, design and photography. A University of Miami graduate, Vanessa has worked as an investigative reporter, freelance writer, managing editor and marketing manager. After working with notable brands such as Target, Travel + Leisure and Food & Wine, she joined HCP Media (part of the Miami Herald Media Company) as director of editorial and design. She's been a guest speaker and panelist at national media conferences, judged international publishing awards, served as an ambassador for the United Way and a mentor. Vanessa loves creative coffee drinks, traveling, collecting globes, watching Fixer Upper, and adventuring with her husband and two little girls.
A senior at Florida State University, Jonathan aspires to make a positive difference in the world by focusing on topics or issues that affect our daily lives. While at FSU, he’s gained vast knowledge in social arts and sciences, editing, writing and media. He takes pride in cohesively using his writing skills and passion for progressive awareness to promote businesses, events and individuals. He previously worked in the hospitality industry, where he gained strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Jonathan hopes to utilize his skills to help individuals and organizations run at optimal levels while also leaving a productive footprint on its consumers and local communities.
An experienced creative specializing in print design, Sarah has extensive corporate experience both as in-house art director for a large worldwide brand and as senior graphic designer for multiple mid-sized companies. As an art director, Sarah has supervised the production, design and layout of local, national and multi-national periodic and specialty branded publications. Her award-winning designs and identity systems have been featured in multiple trade publications. Sarah has a B.A. from Purdue University and is a graduate of the Miami Ad School. She's always looking forward to new travels and adventures with her husband and two children.

Jeffrey has reported from more than 75 countries for a variety of newspapers and magazines. The author of several books, Jeffrey has also created custom publications for some of the world’s largest cruise lines, airlines, resorts and destinations, and helped to launch New York Times best-sellers such as Chicken Soup for the Soul.
Rodrigo works closely with editorial to create each client’s branding strategy. He has helped develop target-based publications and print collateral for nationally recognized destinations, airlines and other tourism clients. As a senior creative professional with 15+ years experience, he has led design teams in creating and enforcing new branding guidelines and corporate identities for various industries. An expert in critical and strategic brand narratives and innovative design, Rodrigo is well versed on the latest trends and design software. He art directs and designs projects from research phase and ideation to final production, implementing workflow protocols and creative solutions that offer a competitive edge.
Richard is a computer consultant who enjoys travel writing and shooting photos of sunsets and natural landscapes. When he’s not behind a computer, you’ll probably find him exploring a new biking path, indulging his passion for astronomy or somewhere near the ocean. He loves to travel and looks forward to the next great adventure with his wife and two children.
